At least 18 months old
At least a PR3

There is a $10k price cap, but if you want $10k, you had better be able to justify it.

Will need access to your traffic stats.

Okay, since I am getting a few people with TGP's hitting me up, if all your traffic is trade based, it does not have much value to my client.

He requires a minimum of 10 backlinks from 10 different sites on Alexa.

There is a $10k cap per site, and he wants several more.

What kind of people who had a site that meets your requirements would be stupid enough to sell it? Especially if somebody tells me "You had better justify 10k".

Most would say "Justify DEEZ NUTZ"

You think that any site with a PR3 and 10 backlinks is worth $10k?

If so, let me know how many you want to buy, I have been presented with dozens that I am sure would be quite happy to get half that much.
