Dating Gold = false Advertising

The top gfy banner says get up to $7 per email.

$7 my ass. They won't even bump me to $4 like that gook KRM Stitch spams in every thread.

So, $7 per email is false advertising - because you'd need to have UNREAL ratios or send them UNREAL number of leads.

MadCat 10-12-2005 10:22 AM

DutchTeenCash 10-12-2005 10:22 AM

If they pay out UP TO $7 per free email how is saying that they "PAY UP TO $7 PER FREE EMAIL" false advertising.

You might have to have kickass ratios, but it is possible.

StuartD 10-12-2005 10:25 AM

"up to" is a magical number.

brand0n 10-12-2005 10:25 AM

Check out AAC

fris 10-12-2005 10:27 AM

yes its not false advertising UP TO, more sales you send, better the payout.

so obviously you don't have the traffic, so stop crying.

man i got turkey farts

Dalai lama 10-12-2005 10:28 AM

adult action cash rocks.

Yeah well they could have put up there $100 per email and have a rule like: send us 1.000.000 leads per pay period.

Same bullshit.

Same bullshit.

But it would still be possible.

So while it might smell like bullshit, it probably would taste pretty good.

bdld 10-12-2005 10:36 AM

not technically false advertising, just misleading.

eamedia 10-12-2005 10:48 AM

hmmmm i get paid 7$ per free email that converts to a sale.... and i get 2$ for the emails that don't.... thats not good enough for you? If your traffic dosen't convert then why would they want your useless clicks? And if your traffic does convert then go on revshare cause you will make more money...

pornguy 10-12-2005 11:16 AM

Get over it, and move on with your life.

yup, and a company that has to mislead their affiliates into pushing their program isn't worth promoting anyways.

AdPatron 10-12-2005 11:17 AM

I make $7 on some. I get $2 for the email and then an extra $5 if they join.

$2 + $5 = $7

Rinaldo 10-12-2005 11:18 AM

Just start promoting a differnet program.
If you have a prob that can' tbe resolved instead of bashing them just drop them as a sponsor.

Unless they fuck you over there's no need for these threads

StudioCash Luke 10-12-2005 11:20 AM

GFY is false advertising, I thought someone would tell me to fuck myself more often on a board called "go fuck yourself".

NoWhErE 10-12-2005 11:39 AM

Lol Found it funny that this guy fell for the oldest marketing trick in the book.

Its like when stores say, all are prices are up to 70% OFF!!!!!!!! COME BUY NOW!

NoWhErE 10-12-2005 11:39 AM

Same principle as the 1.99$ instead of 2$ trick... It just makes things look better :)

dynastoned 10-12-2005 11:48 AM

technically its not false advertisement. so therefore its good marketing. :)

What he said.

A LOT of programs use the same tactic - "up to $XXX per sign-up", etc. If you don't like it, don't join the program!

lazycash 10-12-2005 01:29 PM

Their $7/email program has nothing to do with ratios. You simply get $2/email regardless of ratios and another $5 if they ever convert to a sale, hence the $7. The program rocks and is the only dating program I've found that pays a nice per email with no ratios and a bonus if it converts.

Very true.

brand0n 10-12-2005 01:34 PM

that banner on the front fucking page kinda sucks as well

seein we are talking about them n all

Roald 10-12-2005 01:38 PM

No false advertising since its possible. Hard to get but still possible.

Seriously, did you realy think they pay you 7$ rigth after you send them some clients ;))) When they pay you that much they have to be sure to get some quality in return right ;))

KMR Stitch 10-12-2005 01:46 PM

And if they hate then let em hate and watch the money pile up.

KMR Stitch 10-12-2005 01:51 PM

Question: Why am I not getting 7.00 per email?
Answer: Are you converting 1:1 with Emails:sales? if no then you aren't getting 7.00 per email
Question: Why can't I get 4.00 per email like KMR Stitch
Answer: You need to send traffic for atleast 2-3 weeks so we can see how much your emails convert to paid signups on our end.
Question: whats the most you can set me as right now?
Answer: We will give you 2.50 per email ASAP talk to 4pics/Ace/KMR

Just pointing out a fact that 1:1:1 ratios are impossible on anything more than a fluke.
