I wanna run something by you all
 

I have been getting a few e mails regarding one of my pictures, the one of me hitch hicking in a g string in front of the welcome to las vegas sign. and i actually sold my first 8 by 10 black and white print last week, I paid the photogtapher for my negatives a few years a go, http://ladybossofsincity.com/_wsn/page2.html


so i had a thought, maybe some of you wouldn't mind promoting them, it might even be easier to sell a few classy sin city prints, vs. the thousands your used to 50/50 and there wouldn't be a trust issue cause you can collect the money cause i have the prints, when my e mail arrives from you with my half, the print will get mailed out, i have a bussiness account at pay pal with a good record as a seller and buyer. think about it and let me know, thanks [email protected]

So let's get this straight. You're asking people to promote your pics, collect the money - send you half...and then you'd mail out the pics.

You say this "wouldn't be a trust issue"? Wouldn't a webmaster be trusting that you'd send the buyer the photos?

From a webmaster's POV - if you DON'T mail out the pics, the webmaster would be considered on-the-hook to the buyer.

you know you can use something other than paypal right?

Hell you can get set up at ynotpayment.com for free and they only take 8% of the transaction fee. But why not just tell anyone who's buying something from you to just type in that its "glamour shots" or "movie poster" . then it wont be flagged by them.

i did cover that by stating i have a verified business account with pay pal with a solid transaction record.

but i am just a stupid model.i am on my hands and knees begging for help.i dont recall mentioning that i knew what i was doing.i was just running an idea by you hoping for suggestions.because one thing i am not is in denial. i dont know what to do.i just want to sell them,so please spam me with suggestions.and try not to be such a bully, im am trying the best i can.

Whew over my head . I am a model and photographer and most of my time is taken trying to recruit new talent ,which is kinda the reason we are all here right? So all i am trying to do is earn some money from the boxes of pics stacked in my closet.So for all i care yyou could take 70% and do it your way.

cuz paypal doesnt accept adult transactions, so register a gmail account [need invites lmk, np] and send a paypal to that account for like 25cents or whatever.

now this gmail addy and accompanying paypal account need not say "HEY IM SELLING SOFTCORE PORN HERE"

so use something like [email protected], and as i said a secondary paypal because some nerd might even report you from this thread or a jealous fat bitch whatever

point being u dont say what its from dont use the join buttons and use a throwaway paypal to collect and perhaps send payouts if need be.

It wasn't my intention to bully - sorry if it came across that way to you. I was merely attempting to clarify a few points with you, from a webmaster's perspective.

As others have said, you can still use throwaway Paypal accounts to handle adult content material - just don't textlink to them from a webpage (we use a jpg image instead). Paypal uses a spider to search for adult sites that have Paypal account links (in fact they shut down one of our accounts recently after discovering an old adult webpage we had that had a textlink to a Paypal account - I'd forgotten about it and the page had been created long before they merged with eBay and killed adult transactions).

Good luck with sales. Eliminate as many middlemen as possible in the transaction and save yourself some cash.
