I've never played with fake ones so I can't comment. But if they look fake it always takes the edge off the girl in my opinion, no matter how hot the rest of her is.

I think it all has to do with body proportion. If a girl in 5'3 and 115lbs, I don't want to see 42DD's on her. That's just my opinion though.
