i dont even think its possible for me to get to all my emails in 24 hours if someone demanded it. let alone huge sponsors.

demanding huge sponsors do it seems asking abit much.

ive been waiting for a week on a reply from one sponsor and im patient i will get a reply.

but i do undersdtand the frustration, as mentioned, been waiting a week for a reply.

instead of making a thread about it, ill wait a day or so longer. then call them.

I'm a little surprised. Support from those guys is usually excellent. Could be something unforeseen.

Have you tried contacting him on icq? I usually get a response the same day.

on the frontpage it reads: "they will be guaranteed to be added to the archive section of one of our websites. " - BULLSHIT !!!! 3 of the 11 gallerys made it to the frontpage, and only those 3 made it to the archive. It's a fucking SCAM!!!!

Being ripped by the same people you push on other TGP's - what a great company !!!!

of course I threatened to chargeback - I'm not getting what I payed for, and they dont reply to my mails - why would I NOT threaten to chargeback? its EXACTLY what chargebacks are for - to get your money back if you dont get what you pay for

what's funny is that you know that they're reading this and they don't give enough of a shit about to to even BOTHER posting. They just refunded your money, removing the only leverage you had to get them to answer in the first place.

of course they do - why else would they cancel the account 26 minutes after I have posted this on GFY.

The only thing about them I don't like is staggering my submissions! I keep forgetting what sites I still need to submit :) I wish their system could just randomize them for me :)
eitherway, when I get listed on bangthumbs, I get a lot of traffic..

In Bangthumbs defence I would think they probably have a very large submission que so your galleries most likely would be added but it would take time for the updater to go thru the que to review your gallery.

I don't know if that is the actual situation but a very likely explanation.

Easier to do that than deal with you and your threats, right?

Sucks too, because that Bang submit pass is one of the only ones I've determined to be worth paying for.

I think I need to cancel my membership too, with softcore thumbs only it seems like a waste to even bother submitting the 4-5 galleries a month there that actually have a softcore thumb in them.

Ever considered the fact your galleries might be too shitty...? We get almost every gallery listed... And it takes a day or two.

Hey ebus_dk, if you're not happy with the service you're paying for, you should just cancel your membership. Why do you need to blow it up into drama on GFY? Do you have any idea how much money Jordan makes per day? Do you think it is worth it for him to spend time debating with you over $40 bucks? He provides Bangtgpnetwork paid accounts as a favor to webmasters, not because he is desperate for money.

Why I posted? Because I wanted a answer to my mails -not a refund or anything - just a fucking answer to my question, and I dont thing that is to much to ask for since I payed for a service, but they failed to provide it.

If I wanted a refund, I would just charge-back without saying something.

I dont care if Jordan make millions - that dont give him the right to scam people for $39,95. And YES I call it a "scam" because the sales text promice the paying submitters something that they dont get

A) a refund and a chargeback are very different. I gave you the refund to avoid your chargeback.

B) We use to and still can charge alot of money to even be listed on bangthumbs, but we wanted to keep variety, not have the same links every single day pushing the same sponsor (even though most people were pushing us) We were selling out the first 2 rows at 1500 a thumb and had a waiting list.

We charge 39.95 not to "Scam" anyone, we charge it so we can ban people and keep the site clear of cheaters (Hell I think we even created this stuff, buying the recurring partner account). It begins to get pretty hard to cheat the system unless you have 25 credit cards and 25 friends that dont care. Hell alot of people are locked in at 4.95 and even 9.95 pricing structures. I know people that are making thousands of dollars every month and paying 39.95 a month, these people are not complaining, they are following the rules, the galleries are nice and they get listed.

C) submitters get accepted. If the gallery is good, it goes on the main page, if the gallery is good or we have too many people pushing that sponsor on the main page it goes on the archive.. You get traffic from both.

If you call allowing people to join at 39.95 a month and can have the ability to make thousands scamming, then I guess I am scamming you all.

D) And had you chargebacked, you would of had your card blacklisted by Paycom, making it basically useless.

E) I suggest checking out http://www.submitpasses.com where you will have a dedicated Rep helping you, we dont offer this service.

Actually, whenever Ive had a problem Ive always left an icq message for Tim and bearing in mind the timezone difference, theres always a reply when I wake up. That may have been a better option for you (isnt hindsight a wonderful thing?).
