Man i cant believe how low rent would be for a apt and also housing.

Some of these rent prices for example would get you a 10 x 10 room with no bathroom in NY.

Damn. I knew NY was crazy but good god.

I was thinking if i decide to leave NY it would be smart thing to rent for awhile to see if i can see myself settling down in that state.

I always look at realtor.com, don't know if its any good or not.

Fuck renting man. I have a HUGE house in phoenix, put $2k down to lock in my price and waited a year till it was built. Once I closed on it, the place went up over $200k
