Epass just changed their email in to message center. They deleted important emails from my inbox and brought back to life deleted emails from trash. No need to say I have a mess in there now, with important info missing. I am pissed and I am pissed.

I was having a conversation with their customer service and they deleted those emails too.

I've been waiting for their CS to finish some verification for about a week now and it's time this gets finished already. Their messagge center took out all my correspondece with them along with tracking numbers so I need someone who can get the job done right and promtly so i won't be waiting for them till next week.

Rand is usually quite quick at solving problems.
