Why not just design a blog? They take what, all of 9 minutes to design, purchase a blog script, get hosting. Promote it for a few weeks and arrange link trades and blamo... you've got something.

Btw, why would anyone want to buy someone else's blog? Isn't the whole point of a blog that it's the person running it, their commentary, their take on a certain subject, no?
