Looking for a host with that will allow the following.
 

As part of my first service on sickcode.com i'm offering a daily updated list of open http proxies on standard ports for tgp/traffic traders to add to their blacklist. So i need a fairly cheap celeron server, & an undertermined amount of bandwidth.

If you run a major tgp & own a host, this would be offered as a free service to you.

No ip's will be scanned in the U.S. they will be all foreign, unless we get specific requests from tgp's for U.S. ip's for their blacklists.

It's all legal, i just need price quotes on a low end server & bandwidth.

I just had someone offer me a 99$ celeron with 600gb, & $50 for every 200 gigs over that, or roughly .25cents a meg. I know for a fact b/w can be had for 30$ a mbit. Not $50 for 200megs (thats so ridic i almost puked)

So get up with me, we'll make a deal. I've run it before, no complaints, no problems, it simply sends http request. And its being used to combat cheating. These lists will be avialable at a reasonable rate for tgp blacklists, so quit getting fucked by the hitbotters. $50 a month gets you daily updates. For a large tgp, thats WELL worth getting rid of the bullshit traffic.

Dreamhost has dedicated servers for $99 / month.

need a foreign http scanning box for forming blacklists for traffic traders

it will not scan socks etc., it will raise no red flags on servers, its just simple a http request

just need a cheap linux server, work a deal with me
