I need a shipping calculator that breaks down cost based on weight per sq. inch. There are several different stocks and the weights are different. Then it has to give the customer an accurate shipping cost to all zips in the U.S. as well as Canada. We'll work in Europe later.

I need to get this program into my site right away so this is an EMERGENCY! Start coding it right away, please.
