Only free-hosts that I can think of. Hosts really aren't going to want to have their main URL associated with something someone they are hosting may do.

At RevShare Hosting, we will let you choose a domain from our list to work with. Of course, you have to be an adult webmaster promoting our approved affiliate programs to make this work.

As mentioned above, I would be hesitant to give up a subdomain using our name as that could jeopardize all my clients. However, hit me up on ICQ if you want to plead you case.
