I don't have it yet but....

Adobe had one of their gurus on tech tv the other day showing the new features and it was amazing. The "healing brush" alone makes 7 worth getting.... and there's lots of other bells and whistles... and of course the file browser.

Two thumbs up from what I've seen so far.

I WILL be getting it very soon.

My understanding was that it's only in beta, and the final won't be ready until later this year.

it is in beta, you can ask to be notified when it's released...the 6.0 version currently costs $609us. You can probably upgrade for a cheaper price if you already have 6.0....

Wow the catalog I have doesn't mention that it's not out yet. It just says "order today" Fuckers.

I went to the adobe site just after posting to check out the new features, and sure enough, just like you guys posted, it's not out yet.

Those bastards got my hopes up.

What exactly does a file browser do? I've never heard of it before, but due to all the praises I have been hearing about it on this post, I am very curious!

I have had the beta version for some time now . I like it, defently worth the upgrade. Although I have only tryed it on mac because the beta was just for mac.

Do you use Pint Shop Pro? There is a feature where you can browser thru file folders instead of looking at them one thumb at a time.

The current versions don't even show thumb sometimes. The file browser would be like in Paintshop pro (I guess)
Or like when you do batch thumbs with super jpg or thumbs plus, you can see all the the images in thumbnail form.

Perfect for doing tours, and you need to quickly look for tht right pussy pic, instead of opening each image you could just browse thumbs.
