Site directory with user review

Anyone run mainstream sites like:http://www.dirlist.net/ ? These are Google Adsense magnet sites. Also, the linkbacks of newly registered sites must be very nice. Anyone run sites like these?

what do you mean linkbacks? there doesn't seem to be any requirement for recips. just a submission fee. and if i had to guess he scraped other directories t o populate this one, i doubt hes collected a single fee. he has no advertisers (look on left)
