Old guy drunk gets his head beat in ON camera by the cops. The cops then manhandle the the news crew! All on video for cryin' out loud.

I was told years and years ago to never trust ocps in N'Orleans. Then I saw a 60 Minutes episode years ago some cops down there got busted for long time abuse and murder etc.
