LArry should of told him not to run a porn site in polk county for starters.

Common knowledge about Polk county. If he can afford Larry, he can afford to work somewhere else... Don't know the details of course. Larry could be doing his case pro bono or someone else could be picking up the tab?

Those local standards per the Miller obscenity ruling are a bitch. Move to SF, LA, or some other more liberal counties. Of course, even LA County can still subject you to obscenity charges (see the Max Hardcore 3 year case)

I would imagine this dude is having problems with the extreme section on sex... Like bottle insertions, etc...

I think the extreme amateur portions of his website are what is getting him into trouble... He really should editorialize most of this website. Look at all of the major TGP's that take submissions... ALL submissions are screened before being allowed to be posted. This guy should have taken a cue from them.

all the content was submitted by people, it was amateur ex girlfriend pics, i knew chris , he was a good guy. they say its not cause of the iraqi. if its cause of the exgirlfriend type stuff. all of that is not his, it was submitted by users. kinda funny it just happened after the cnn interview.

So which law did he break exactly? I'm struggling to find how 'obscenity' is something you can get arrested for.
