I'm looking for a new css design layout for www.ratemybottom.com you're welcome to move features of the site around. I just need a new look for the site something different for the current layout. any colors can be used but i'd like to keep a light background for easy image overlay placements. Also i want the design to be better than www.paxed.com

$500 for a 1 page non graphic layout out? are you insane, i'm not going to pay $500 for someone to put 5-8 table cell with colors on a page. i'm not asking for a graphic site just a layout.
