More Pages/sites the better? SEO help

I'm building a site at http://www.pervingpussy.com/home.htm reviews welcome. (It's not finished yet)

I've read in a couple of different places that the more sites or pages on a site the better. I get tons of links in my email from sponsors. I thought I'd copy those links and just put them on a page, nothing else, just put them on a page with a link back to previngpussy.com.

An example of what I'm talking about is at: http://www.sickthingsplaythings.com/..._Gallaries.htm

I'm concerned pages like that could hurt my search engine ranking. I'm thinking long term on the search engines not tomorrow, but I do want to keep that in mind. Thanks for the help.

Depends on how you set up the satellite pages. Baddog posted something about having differing pages on differing Class C IP blocks to help SEO. You may want to search for that.

Set up some small hosting accounts (different hosts and ip's) for the sites.
Then crosslink them. site a ip1 --> to site b ip2. site b --> to site c ip3 -->to site a ip1, and so on, and so on.

If you build a link, or banner farm, I think as for Google you are only hurting yourself.

That's exactly the question I was asking. I sure wish search engines would tell us what not to do.

I think I'll throw a few of those kinds of pages around but not very many. Will try to come with keyword packed content for sites all over the place.

This would be a LOT easier if I could do it within the same class C. :) No, I don't have a class C. I've got about 90 IPs.

Damn those serach engines. :)

Thanks.....l

its good to have more pages as long as they're original. its not good to have extra outgoing links though. only use what outgoing links you need to.

Thanks, they don't all point back to the main site then.
