    Web-based customer service software?

I'm looking for a web-based service that can manage our customer service emails with. Something like http://liveperson.com/ent/email.asp only web-based.

You mean an hosted solution or a script? I'd suggest that you take a look into - kayako.com and cerberusweb.com. I have found both of them to be excellent.
