GM may well be next but they will restructure too. GM has tried to sell off GMAC but the stock holders wont let them as that is the only profitable part of GM. If they were to sell OnStar to other auto manufacturers they would be able to break even at least in a year or so. Right now I know they license OnStar to Acura for the RL but thats about it outside of GM. Imagine if OnStar was in all new Fords and Dodges as well.
