I m totally new in this niche , I just think is hard that people pay to see a porn toon..or hentai , some one can share his experiences?

it's all ok with hentai traffic :) but ratio is less than in the past...
from my portal I've average ratio 1:250 - 1:500...

some, but not much. anime & toon content IMO is stolen more than regular content. lots of copyright issues dealing with it. No issues with sponsors, but chances are you'll get trades & links to/from people with stolen content. I hear it's HOT with asian traffic. pics usually dont sell, but full length movies sell really well. or series pics that go with a story sell.

it's big in japan. A huge following in the us too, but mostly japanese titles.
i did some hentai stuff back in 2002.. sold more actual manga/hentai videos, books & merchandise than site memberships. if you can integrate merchandise with content, you'll do fine as long as you can get traffic. be careful when looking for traffic trades. alot of toon/anime webmasters from many countries also deal in warez & stolen full length movies that they make available for download to visitors. you'll recognize those immediately.

havent promoted it in a really long time, so i dont know how well it is doing now, but i did throw up a few galleries on a site with next to nothing for traffic. less than 1000 uniques per month, & i made average 2 sales per month?? also, i had an avs site with no external traffic. only traffic was from the avs members checking site from the avs link list & i still made sales.
but like i said, it's been a few years. I took a vacation.
at any rate, i think i'll do some toons now :thumbsup
