Manual SE Submission
 

Hi there

This is my first post. Got my meta tags in order and now its time to submit to the SE's. I have heard that it is better to submit manually to the Search Engines. How do i do this? Whats the process? How long does manual submission take before the listing appears? Any SE/traffic resource sites? Thanks

Thanks for such a quick response. I plan to submit to DMOZ as i understand most of the other SE's use their info. I never really had to submit sites before, i had a partner who took care of that shit! Now its just me so i gotta learn to do it. It's prolly really simple. I guess what i dont get is what makes it manual? Actually fill out paperwork or what? How much are the fees?

DMOZ, Google, Altavista, Hotbot, Lycos, Alltheweb.. those are the ones you can do initially for free, anyway.
