Wallace & Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit

I saw the movie today with my daughter (one of her birthday present). We both loved the movie! Well, I've always been a "Wallace and Gromit" fan but I have to admit that this movie will bring a smile to everyone.

It's not only a family movie, even your tranny escort will love it! (Hint hint Kman). I give it a 10/10! It's the kind of movie you want to see to forget all the bad news. (At least for 90 mins).

I love W&G... will see it!

quantum-x 10-07-2005 05:42 PM

Sadly I felt it lacked the simple charm of the first two - different directors

bhutocracy 10-07-2005 05:44 PM

I still thought it was great.. me and the gf saw it on the first day of release. We've been W&G fans from the beginning.

Tim 10-07-2005 05:45 PM

I have to see it - hope it's released over here this weekend

It was the same director. Nick Park.

And there were 3 short films before. Not including Wallace & Gromit's Cracking Contraptions.

I read a great article the other day about stop animation and how it's a dying breed. I think it said it took them 5 years to make the film???

Just got back from seeing it with my kids. They loved it just as much as I did. Surprised at the number of adult jokes for a G rating. My 12 year old looked over at me a few times and snickered. My 3 year old was spellbound though. Afterwards she was wanting to know if she could turn into a big bunny too! The Madagascar Penguins short was pretty funny too..
If you see it stick around to watch the floating bunnies during the credits.

Yes, that's amazing! Sometimes you can see the fingerprints (left on purpose), a souvenir for their hard work I presume..

my kid wants to see it...
the trailer did nothing but make me want to see it less.
never been big on clay animation.
i'm sure i'll end up going to see it anyway.

I cant think of anything more tedious than making that movie, big props to the animators and producers !

Hopefully, the movie going public will reward their hard work.. im sure kids will love it

Tim, has been out in the UK for a few days. Went to see it today and it is sooooo funny. The guys that make it deserve an oscar, especially for the way they portray Grommit and the expressions he can give when you consider it is only his eyes that can move is awesome.

This is a must see movie.
