Yes it's kinda the way it is ... but to most rednecks stupid people that can't afford a real psychoterapist, they go see him and they are impressed ... so what he says have 10000 times more impact then what you and I would tell the guy... he's helping people...

An MD is a Medical Doctor, which he is not. He's a psychologist (with a PhD in psychology), not a psychiatrist (a medical degree).
