I have no sympathy for the ingorant American asshole...

Personal savings AS A PERCENTAGE OF DISPOSABLE INCOME fell BELOW ZERO in June... these asshats are about to get what they deserve.

Unfortunately -- most of them will be able to suckle big-mommy-government's teat as a short term solution.

Ace_luffy 10-07-2005 11:56 AM

Better give some of it up then...

:winkwink:

Seriously this should not be the case. We should be able to make more and save more.

Fucksakes 10-07-2005 12:11 PM

I don't make much more than that and I live pretty well, thou I could definatly do alot better.

SilentKnight 10-07-2005 12:13 PM

Could be worse - you could be an adult webmaster/producer livin' in Canada and experience the fun of watchin' the currency exchange go from $1.60Cdn/$1USD to $1.18Cdn/$1USD in roughly a year.

Our company's taken a shit-kickin' on U.S. exchange these days.

Won't be long before we're chargin' members in Cdn. smacks I suspect.

Sucks to be me?

I have liquid savings to sustain me and my family for at least year if my wife and I decide to stop working yesterday and continue our current lifestyle. I have retirement accounts, property, and long term investments.

Life sure is horrid.

Sosa 10-07-2005 12:41 PM

that is usually true. I've actually been making more and cutting back my expenses at the same time.

No matter how much I make, I'm always trying to cut expenses and shop around for better deals. I'm pretty sure it's the one personality trait I got from my mother.
