Yeah, but you could do a saline infusion to test them out first. Walk around with a couple of grapefruits between your legs for a few days. See what people say. Just make sure you get someone who's well trained in such things, you don't want an infection.

I met a guy who had his ballsack filled with silicone so they were permanently huge. I think he had to go to TJ to do it. I don't think it was legal but hey, after the fact what are they gonna to? Confiscate his nuts? LOL!
