Im having the worst sales week of this year.

Doing on average about 1:6000 with all my sponsors combined. Unbefuckinglievable. This is with all kinds of traffic.

I already sent twice as much hits as last week to sponsors and made less than half the sales i did last week.

Its simply pathetic.

StickyGreen 10-06-2005 11:41 PM

yea i've been hurting pretty bad lately too...wtf is going on...

Franck you are not alone

I know a lot of people who are having terrible, terrible sales periods right now on everything. Personally, I have noticed a near perfect 50% drop in sales across every cash program I promote.

What gives?

Dirty F 10-06-2005 11:43 PM

Im sure next week will be better again but right now it freaks me out. And nothing i can do. If people simply dont sign up i can only sit back and look at it.

Manowar 10-06-2005 11:43 PM

Happening here too

diggz 10-06-2005 11:44 PM

Same here... worst start of the month in a year.

StickyGreen 10-06-2005 11:44 PM

maybe too much free porn on the internet now? too many forums with people posting full length videos and shit with those filefront and yousendit sites?

Its one problem maybe but not something that changes everything from 1 week to another.

WarChild 10-06-2005 11:49 PM

Sales are down for me too. Last month the US Consumer Confidence was at an all time record low. Gasoline prices are up disposable income is down. Must contribute in some way.

For me this started Sept 30th

Sales dropped overnight, traffic grew a little for the beginning of a month.

Everyone is saving up for the Columbus Day celebrations!

selena 10-06-2005 11:59 PM

I am having a terrible week as well. Hopefully it can be laid partly on the connectivity issues that have been discussed in other threads.

Yeah people don't seem to be spending anymore, they know what happened to the economy after 9-11 and they know the damage of Katrina will effect the economy the same way.

Nicky 10-07-2005 12:11 AM

V_RocKs 10-07-2005 12:16 AM

June - 1:1129
July - 1:862

Sept - 1:1528 (hurricanes??? back to school???)
Oct - 1:1721 (the fact that everyone is giving away free nanos?)

Sales suck ass here also :disgust

:)

EroticySteve 10-07-2005 06:35 AM

The events of 9/11 and other tragedies in the History of the United States show that people spend more time strengthening their relationships with a significant other.

We've seen this happen around times of war and financial hardship in the US.

The events of Katrina and Rita have made an impact on America. I'd venture to say that people are spending more on Personals because business here isn't bad.

That is because he has a lot of affiliates on his ass?

sonofsam 10-07-2005 06:40 AM

sales suck hardcore compared a couple months ago for me... (sponsor side)

rebel23 10-07-2005 06:49 AM

could also be that internet war between level3 and cogent ??

pussyluver 10-07-2005 07:13 AM

I usually go for revshare and console free. All came to a hault about October 1.

Some possible reasons listed above, but why such a sudden change?

There are way to many TGPs. With trading it's a big circle jerk of the same ads and content. Got to strive to be different.

Not at all.... My programs are doing pretty damn well. In fact August was a record month, and while ratios did slip in Sept. we made more then in Aug., but I didn't come in here to spam my shit. I keep up on what's going on because if I don't stop coming up with new ideas, and building more blogs, and putting out new content and FHGs then I'm gonna get hit too. As history has shown me after 9/11.... while there will be down months/days/weeks, overall our industry (along with alcohol and tobacco) will see growth in the long run, but not if I'm just sitting by waiting for it to happen.

gdog 10-07-2005 11:50 AM

This is one of the first thread where 90% of people are being real, yeah, sales suck, I don't care who the hell you are, the sales have sucked lately and thats the truth.

In all the years this is one of the worst, people are just not signing up lately, maybe its to much free porn, but really free porn has always been around so it should not make any difference.

xxxice 10-07-2005 12:00 PM

This week $854.73 forcast $1304.24 1 in 503 uniques 21,132 uniques sent
Last week $1234.96 1 in 562 uniques 33,718 uniques sent
