Site has about 45 sets live right now (non nude w some slips) and i have about 11 other sets already shot. about 10 videos.

She does 2 cams a week.

Will be shooting with the new owner (or, possibly i could even still shoot for some cash). She lives in Austin Tx, so thats where you'd need to transport her from.

Would include all designs/promo material/etc. 2 seperate tours. Site is on sitedepth, you could either convert it to non-SD, or see if they can move it to a different admin.

she's paid on a 50% revshare, and i would assume would want to keep it that way. But that could be discussed im sure.

As far as a price for shellys site, im not really sure. In all honestly, its not making all that much. Members are scarce as my program hasnt gotten much promo recently.

I think she is hot and the site is nice. A good deal for somebody if she will take hourly $ for shooting and cams shows instead of 50%. It would be very difficult to pay affiliates 50%, then her 50%. How could you possibly make money? Good luck with the sale. She is cute :thumbsup

50 is just the term i have for her. im sure she would work hourly, or at a lower % as long as she made decent cash

You're confuzled. Her 50% plus the affiliates 50% doesn't equal 100%.

She gets 50% of the NET....half of what's left over after you've paid affiliates, and for hosting, design, traffic, and whatever else.

Of course if she's not making any $$ now she'd probably take 25% from a company that could realistically build up a member base.
25% of 1000 members is alot more money than 50% of 10 members.

I never thought 100% was being paid out. But if the affiliates get 50% and she gets 50% of the net, you are left with very little IMO. If all you had to do was plop her content into the site, not shoot it, it might make more sense. I still think she is a winner. Somebody needs to buy the site.

I really don't think she's all that personally.

However, if you're bringing in 20K per month, paying affiliates 10K, say other expenses are 2K.....you're splitting 8K with the girl for not a whole lot of work.

Remember she does 2 live cam shows per week, that's pretty rare for solo girl sites that aren't owned/operated by the girl.

lots of the most successful single girl sites are done on that basis - u get more motivated girls that way. i was dead set against ever doing it that way but the more i talk to these girls i am open to it and i just offered a girl 50% last week - she rejected it unfortunately.

I see your point. However, I would only use that arrangement if all the content was ready to go or I didn't have to shoot it.
