can someone explain how revsharehosting's ftp works?
 

i can't get this shit to work...i've tried everything...

Try downloading FileZilla at FileZilla.com. Or are you forced to use their's for some reason?

lol, no i use ws_ftp...but i cant figure out what to login to. i tried ftp.mydomain.com then they say to use your revshare id and password, but it doesnt even work so wtf...

RevShare Hosting now offers all of our customers the ability to ftp directly to their domain. This means that you go to your Windows Explorer browser or and type in: ftp://yourdomain.com. Then you simply type in your RevID as your username and your RevShare Password as your password.

Unfortunately, different ftp programs may handle this process differently, but if you have difficulty, please contact us.

Thanks for the props. Our goal is to continuously improve our service and response our response time. At this point, same day response is no longer acceptable...we want to resolve customer needs within minutes,not hours.
