Get something in the Gulf Coast region. Weather is great and the cost of living is extremely low.

If you come here and rent a nice house I'll bring naked girls to it to shoot. Having more locations is always a good thing. We can shoot you as the stunt cock for some POV stuff too. :)

I can't wait for snowboarding, my first year last year and busted up my knees pretty bad, but ill be more prepared this year. best sport I discovered for winter so far.. besides skidooing. even my girlfriend can snowboard, so thats pretty exciting.

Even Tampa, Scottsdale, and San Diego can get frosty around January.
