Women Don't Find Max Offensive
 

When Max had his trial for obscenity it was a hung jury and they dropped the case (if I remember correctly.) The jury was half women and all the women voted AGAINST the obscenity charge. Have you seen the women on juries? Mostly middle aged women and senior citizens. It's the men who wanted him convicted. Go figure. I've heard of other cases similar. Any thoughts on why this is?

Theoretically you can have an "obscene" video with two 90 year old people. It has nothing to do with age or minors, just straight up censorship.

All I can say about this is that I really hope he beats the case.

If Max Hardcore and Extreme associates can walk away from obscenity prosecutions unscathed, then the rest of us have nothing to worry about in regards to obscenity.

Yeah. Just spoke with EXP. It went to trial, hung jury like you said. Technicality was something else all together.

I can't find it right now...but the LA Times article at the time stated that all six of the jurors who voted AGAINST the conviction were women. Maybe those old ladies understand pornography more than we thought.
