Yeah you know who you are. You have until Friday midnight to pay me the $666.65 you owe me. I know and other traffic sellers know how you have to borrow money all the time just to keep afloat, and in the meantime sell so many spots on your shitty TGP. Just pay your debts by friday and your buyers and potential buyers need not know who you are and how close you are to being dead broke. Gallery spot buyers do not want someone running off with their money, now do they????????????

The one time I make a exception and front money to a long term client this is what happens. Un FUCKING real. LOL

Hey Shemp. He's not the only big TGP owner that is barely surviving by getting money from paid spots way in advance just to pay his bills, getting further and further behind. I am totally convinced that the lower quality traffic of thumbnail TGPs has not only reduced the already low quality of tgp trade traffic, but reduced signups to almost nothing. Not to mention with all those thumbnails on a site surfer will rarely click a banner anymore.

How large of a TGP is this?

Well this was a "3 or 4" day advance on a wire that was supposed to come in but never did, then the excuses flooded in. I don't have problems with the idea of advancing money on a payment that was sent but not recieved yet from well know sites. But never again, my system is set up for payments in advance, so when I front money it is a nightmare recording it. So never again. I just hope me not advancing money to some of the really big programs does not offend them.

I guess that was a hard learned lesson.

Choker if someone is going to fuck you over then put them out there. Especially if your e-mail and other contact attempts have gone unanswered.

I blame it on all these mofo's that think they have to have a 200k TGP to make any money so they skim the traffic to hell and back.

Yep, I fuck up a lot and make tons of mistakes, but I pride myself on at least trying very hard to NEVER repeat the same mistake twice. Trying to school my kids in that but kids are kids. LOL

Understatement. Don't screw Choker over for $10 even. Just pay upfront or don't take the traffic. There is no other way.

When you sell traffic if it be as a broker or as a TGP owner selling banner spots or gallery spots, the number one rule you have to follow is "Don't spend the money till it's yours". Because you take money in advance does not mean that money is yours to spend until you deliver all the traffic you agreed to deliver. I think lots of TGPs get excited from the money coming in from selling spots and go spend it real fast, only to realize that they have sold every spot for the next 6 months and there is no more income coming in for 6 more months. So then they start borrowing money or worse selling more spots that they cannot deliver the volume of traffic they promised.

Well maybe he will sell so he can settle this debt with me. Two are three times a year a guy who just bought someones site finds out the site is blacklisted in FT for owing money and icqs me asking to get off the blacklsit, that the debt is from the previous owner. I always tell them the same thing....when you buy a business you bought the debts and assets of that company. Webmasters can't seem to grasp this concept. LOL
