I have a 60 priest on silver hand, but I haven't played in over a month.

ATM I'm playing C&C Generals everyday, I've been staying away from WOW on purpose because I fear if I play it it will become a time thief and consume my life. I have a friend who plays 24/7, I don't envy his life.

I haven't been playing it for that very reason. Everquest sucked me in for 2 years. I figure playing that game probably cost me like 500k.

I did make 1100 bucks selling my character when I was done though. :1orglaugh

I played on the Skywall server for a while. Like most things, I got bored with it.

I am an undead warlock that just hit lvl 40 (and can now summon a mount) on Eldre'Thalas. If anyone here plays on that realm/server, hit me up. My character's name is Turboface.

Such an addictive game. I just threw up a msg board for our guild. There will definitely be 12 step programs for this shit in the future.

Just bought it yesterday, I have never played a MMORPG before so I'm just getting into the swing of things. I chose to become a Dwarf hunter pretty much randomly. Now I'm just running around killing animals and doing smalls quests to build some stuff up, got to level 5 last night.

Any tips out there for a newb to the game?

i was a l60 ne druid on skullcrusher-eu, i had to quit it was affecting my work, this was about 6-7 months ago now and i still miss the game, damn crack!

I've been playing WoW a lot lately. It's hard to believe that doing the same thing over and over and over again can keep you hooked so long. I suppose that it's the drive to become more powerful that keeps ya hooked.

I don't have any higher level characters yet, but I do have a level 21 Warlock on Gurubashi, a level 25 Warrior on Warsong, and a level 24 Priest on Khadgar.

I hate it though because every time I get rolling along on a character, one of my friends will say "You should jump over to this server", so I start one there, ha ha ha.

yeah i heard you can pay people to power you up and get u shit - where would u do that :) i hate being a basic newb on these things lol

got a 60 alliance warrior (night elf) and a 49 horde rogue (undead) on Lothar server, havent played in over a month. Its a fun game but you have to prioritize your time with it. And you will never be an "Elite" near unkillable player unless you spend 24/7 there, so dont worry about it. just have fun.

Whatever you do, DO NOT play a paladin. They are really good against monsters but they suck in a player vs player environment :/

haha.. then your pally must suck.. cos I've beaten warriors of higher levels than me as I levelled up (have a Lvl 60 Pally with Epic Mount - unicorns are cool :winkwink: ), and I've only been beaten twice in duels with players same or higher levels than me - it's all about your equipment and learning the other persons weaknesses :2 cents:

or are you talking PVP? I haven't done BG with my pally, but I've been working hard on setting up my warrior for it, don't play the warrior as much (usually farming my pally to get enough funds for the mad equipment I get for the warrior (mostly epic items on her now)) but have reached Corporal so far, and just swapped guilds to a PVP guild
