Need your advice GFY!!!
Okay, so as you guys know....we recently moved into new offices on the water. The walls were kind of a mess when we got in there....Its not HORRIBLE...but it deffiitely hurts our professionalism. Our leasing company has promised us they'd have someone in there for each of the past 7 nights.
Our lease is deffinitely favoring the lessors... Anybody got ay realistic advice as to what to do? I've called the lead guy everyday. Today I wrote him a letter. I notified our real estate agents who are the 2nd largest in Seattle about the problem. What do you guys think we should do? |
Get it fixed and send them the bill :thumbsup

Fix them...

Get it fixed. Send the bill to the landlord. If he refuses to pay, file a breach of contract suit to get out of the lease.

Shouldn't have agreed to move in.
Real Estate agents are sleazy bastards. They only care about getting money from you. |
