Need your advice GFY!!!

Okay, so as you guys know....we recently moved into new offices on the water. The walls were kind of a mess when we got in there....Its not HORRIBLE...but it deffiitely hurts our professionalism. Our leasing company has promised us they'd have someone in there for each of the past 7 nights.

Our lease is deffinitely favoring the lessors...

Anybody got ay realistic advice as to what to do?

I've called the lead guy everyday. Today I wrote him a letter. I notified our real estate agents who are the 2nd largest in Seattle about the problem. What do you guys think we should do?

Get it fixed. Send the bill to the landlord. If he refuses to pay, file a breach of contract suit to get out of the lease.

Yes, i'm considering th is....i'd rather stay out of a legal situation...but if we have to then we have to.

Its just all so stupid...5 hours of a maintenance guy and it'd be fine

Shouldn't have agreed to move in.
Real Estate agents are sleazy bastards.
They only care about getting money from you.
