Actually this is seriously scary. Bush has already signed an executive order that adds avian flu to the national quarantine authorization list. He also stated today that the US military will be used to quarantine everyone in affected cities and no one will be allowed to leave.

The US Military keeping an entire city locked in place? WTF? You want to see anarchy like never before. This would cause it. You'd have the ultimate state of lawlessness.

I can't even believe I read this today. No one in their right mind could even suggest such a ridiculous tactic. I'd love to see the US Military lock down Los Angeles and prevent 10 million people from going outside the quarantine area. They'd be mauled and overwhelmed so fast it would be a total joke. Unless of course they're given orders to bring in the B52's or the A10's.
