Seriously, what are you guys, 11 years old? Woohoo, some porn chick is going to take a naked picture with a ready-made banner with MY name on it. Today is the greatest day of my life!!!! I mean, she made similar banners with anyone else who asked name on it, but still. :1orglaugh

Everyday, same story. Wade through the fansign threads on the first page, which are stupid and meaningless. Yawn.

If they are made out to some nickname nobody but you and your friends know there is no point.
However if they are used to assist in your site then they can be usefull.

I think if you ask a fansign like "... makes me wet" is stupid, but if you use a fansign on your website, fansigns are really good!

the reason some girls do fan sign is for the promotion and traffic they will get.. later on when the person asked for it will post it the web site if some guy just asks for his name on it then you just dont do it.. you only do the ones that you know are going to give you something back.. :321GFY

:2 cents: I use them... it shows the surfers they're somewhat real. I've seen hight CTR's on the signs than plain banners... IMHO

My surfers think it's pretty fucking cool to see one of the girls they drool over(among other things) being interactive with my site. *shrug*

yup, fansigns are cool.. fansigns are great for promotion, and they show that the girl has personality, and actually interacts with others...

It's even more funny how some people are in this business and yet have no understanding of how a surfer thinks...

i find them useful as they tend to draw more attention from the surfer when mixed in with normal pics.

I guess on some level it makes the surfers believe the models to be more 'real' and accessible

Surfers think a big deal of your site and are more likely to bookmark you. Its hard to explain but its something sorta like "Look at this shit! this guy personally knows this unattainable internet babe....this site is the shit"

However, See me on www.andre.com does help...Especially when your site has gained trust by surfers. Then they easier "trust" her site as well...

yeah having unique promo tools is really stupid. You're absolutely right. How could I have been so wrong all this time. Dammit. I must be stupid or something.

For the girls (Like Zeina ) that actually put time into them, they can be great.
We will post the sign we got from her with a link to her site... traffic for her great.
We get a fan sign from a sexy lady surfers come back to see more...great.
For the girls that offer signs and never produce them.... we learn a lesson the hard way and never will promote them....
Long and short if you offer to do "Fansigns" for real websites produce them and reap the benifits.
If you have no intention of doing them or are just so fucking lazy you pick and choose dont offer, you do yourself more harm then good.
In case you dont know "I love blahblahblah.com" is a fan sign.

I agree ..we have a lot of guys that use them for there blogs and in there fansign area or for there featured girl of the week ... some are just for fun but lots of guys make good money putting them to use .. :thumbsup

yea, but only maybe 1 out of 10 use the fansigns for anything more than being able to brag about it to their friends....

I've sent some good traffic from fan signs on blogs and other sites like that ... good way of advertising

LOL..fan signs are not unique, they have been used since I started back in 1997.

personally I don't do them, it gives me flash back of the days when the lame wannabe hackers would always ask for a sign or something thats said something to the effect of so and so owns me...

fan signs have been around a long time, just most of you haven't :winkwink:

But fansigns are a means to an end. Hype makes money if it's done right.
