- visit the sites in the spam emails you get, see if they have an "unsubscribe" form... fill in the address... :)

get a program called submit wolf

then fill out all the info in the program, with their email, and submit it all in their name to every link list and search portal on the web

they will have at least 5000 in their inbox in 20 minutes and will be subscribed to every single newsletter
