Woman Arrested in Stockton Underage Prostitution Ring

Stockton Police arrested a 20-year-old woman Friday and officers are searching for two other suspects in connection with a prostitution ring recruiting underage girls.

Elizabeth Plank, 20, was arrested in her home on the 6600 block of Crestview Circle in the Spanos West area of North Stockton Friday morning. According to Stockton Police spokesman Pete Smith, Plank and two associates recruited at least two teenage girls under the age of 18 within the past four months and trained them as prostitutes.

Detectives are also looking for Plank's housemates Anthony Leslie, 35, and Dartric NcNeal, 21, (shown above) for their alleged roles in the prostitution ring.

"These people would apparently just contact girls randomly, bait them with alcohol and recruit them," Smith said.

Plank was booked into the San Joaquin County Jail on multiple counts of pimping, pandering and prostitution, Smith said. Both Leslie and McNeal are wanted on similar charges.

Smith said authorities uncovered the operation Monday when officers with the department's vice squad on a routine patrol spotted an underage girl getting into a car on Wilson Way and being taken to a nearby motel.

Officers questioned the 13-year-old girl, who police believe may have been a runaway. She has since been released to her parents.

Officers are also looking for other young girls who may have been involved the operation, Smith said.

That kind of shit happens every day...I know a house right now that houses juvenile runaway girls and sells them off.

funny thing is just yesterday i watched 2 mexican dudes pick up a hooker not 15 feet infront of my office. im not even joking they litterally picked her up right infront of my office and took her down the alley of the warehouse next door. came out of the alley happy as can be laughing and all the good stuff. fucking gross if you ask me. how can you get off fucking some 30 year old crank head and prostitue?

I lived on a street once where everything was nice until some fools moved in next door to a brand new renovated house and started selling weed..They were out there all night making noise and ANYBODY could clearly see that there was a continuous traffic stream to the house...

I called the cops and told them to sit outside the fucking house and they could see the sales themselves....Guess what they did? NOTHING...they said that they would send a car to drive by the house and that was it....I ended up having to move myself because of the bullshit and the fact that my moped was stolen from the back of my house.

If the cops don't want to bust somebody, they don't get busted and there's nothing that the average citizen can do.

Most likely they'd kick in the door. Otherwise they'll stake it out, get a warrant and do a bust. Either way report it, don't assume everyone knows.

Unfortunately, this seems to be a pretty accurate statement. There's one house in our city that's notorious for being a crackhouse, as well as one of our cities biggest distributors. Besides investigating the two deaths that have taken place INSIDE the house, the neighbors have said publicly that the cops never show their face around there. With budget cuts, the police have also publicly admitted that their hands are kinda tied. Comforting to say the least.

Now, that's not to say that the police are not doing something subversive, but in the meantime, it appears to be business as usual.
