What fall has brought.
 

Just had a new slab layed in the car port.
In processes of getting brick pavers added to the patio area (about 80% done).
Car port needs new roof, should start in 2 weeks.
Complete bathroom gut and remodel starts in 12 days.
Have a bunch of window companies coming out to do window replacement estimates on a rental (10 windows). Due out Wednesday.
Just had an oak tree cut down next to the house. They are currently splitting up and stacking the wood. Then making a pile for shredding latter.
Washing machine comitted suicide yesterday, had new one delivered today.

Just finished completing the purchase process on another mobile rental. Going to require a total gut and remodel.

And fall has only just started.
