I think he already did. The five mill was a DEFAULT judgment, meaning he didn't bother to show up for court or send his lawyers or file an answer or nuttin'.

That usually means the defendant is sitting on a big box of gold bars on a Caribbean island drinking an umbrella drink and thumbing his nose at the procedings.

Arco didn't even respond to the lawsuit.. it was a DEFAULT JUDGMENT. The court did the right thing, Arco fucked up and didn't take the suit seriously.
