Resorting pics problem
 

Is there an easy way of resorting and renaming pics, in thumbs plus or any other program?

I am talking about those photo sets that you get and the pics are badly organized. I'd like to have a click and drag to reorganize the pics... then rename them, instead of having to manually rename everything

does anyone know what I am talking about?
