"They didn't have time"

Report is that the "victims" of the capsized boat in NY "didn't have time to put on personal floatation devices".

I'm not trying to be a dick, but if I'm over 70 and on a fucking boat, I'm wearing a life jacket at all times.

You're suposed to wear floatation devices at all times on boats.... unless it's a cruise ship. No excuse.

Lol I worked on a cruise ship and traveled to alot of places where NOBODY wears a life jacket...

but ya, should be mandatory... actually... I should say Enforced lol cause it is already mandatory

I know how to swim but I always make sure I have my life vest on whenever I am riding on a small boat.
