I only use laptops, most of the time i plug in an usb mouse and keyboard though.

Its strange but i use my laptop mainly and i have . G5's sitting in my office whith huge 23" apple screens. Yet i still mainly use the laptop, habit i suppose ?

I use my lap top for casual work. I am set up wireless and will sit down in my living room while I watch TV and work on it.

Aside from that I am more comfortable in one of my offices on desk top machines.

yeah right now i do. once i rearrange my office i'll be using my newer desktop for most things.

No way. desktop for main work, laptiop on the road or in bed.

For my business consulting (real job) it is my laptop.

For photography and video work, it is always my desktop PC.

my laptop is all I use for work related stuff. My desktop is for games but rarely even gets turned on anymore.

At the office i use a PC ... Ray just started using only a laptop with a Dock ...but at home i only use a laptop .. i have 3 ..not sure why ..

I'm in the process of building a new home office upstairs .. it should be sweet ... when it's done i have a PC waiting to be set up .. :thumbsup

I love my laptops and use them all the time but when I need to do some video editing I use my desktop. :)

i own 3 computers and i do all my day-to-day stuff on my laptop

the hardcore capturing/editing/encoding/burning gets done on one of the water-cooled babies :)

I do all my work on a laptop now. Have been for about a year. I love not having to move stuff over when I leave travel and of course working outside is so incredible :)

I use my pc for building galleries, editing video and all big stuff, then use my laptop to do mostly marketing and posting galleries......
If you going to get a laptop buy an external monitor, so you have a bigger screen to work with. That's what I did at first until I could afford something bigger.
