Work hard for the next 5 years, build relationships, and a site where photographers want to be, and then they will knock at your door. We do not search photographers anymore, they come to us. There's a lot of wannabe MET ART sites, but they always fail to create the real magic. You need to direct photographers, and make them evolve, nurture them, help them, etc.
Believe me, you can call yourself lucky if you can find, in a couple of years, a couple of photographers that are worth. If they're good ones, they will ignore you. That's why all the rejected photographers end up on the various MET ART clone sites. First they try with us, if we turned them down, they go elsewhere, where they're more than happy to hire them. The problem is that we do hire a lot of photographers that are not so good, and help them become better. The ones that we reject, are purely tragic. Any decent photographer will give MET ART a shot first.
