this is pathetic... every day, a different excuse

how do you handle when someone owes you money and keeps procrastinating refunding you? (serious question)

If they are feeding you BS, I would expose them on boards. Some might say thats a bad way to do biz, but if someone of lying to delay payment they deserve to be shown in a bad light.

the boards surprisingly gets things done a bit quicker than email or ICQ... I have been waiting to hear from a couple sponsors on ICQ and if I were to go to the boards and say what I need to be done... they would be on it like stink on shit.

You can't lend money to people. If you are going to "lend" money to someone, you have to do it with expectation of never getting it back. So the real decision is, do you want to give someone money? Friends, family, it's all the same... money changes EVERYTHING.

2 of the cases are off ebay

a user with 100% rating sells me a 1000$ item ,and then disappears and his ebay ID is shut down

I am chasing after my bank and epass to do chargebacks from the payments I sent...

and then I submit my case to epass, they say they will look into it and contact me once its been settled, and I call back 1 week later to get an update, and they ask me to send them a letter explaining exactly what happened... UGHHHHHh I hate the internet

one of them, I have been chasing him for about 2 months now... and he is (or used to be) a GFY member.

my patience is running VERY thin... so if I don't hear back from him within 72 hours, I will post it on GFY and have people who are willing to back me up.
