Pick up the new SI and they go through and justify their rankings based on how the new rules will effect each team, who they lost, who they picked up, etc. Looks like a few power teams didn't fair as well with the new CBS and free agency.

In the end, looks to be some exciting hockey. Went to my first pre-season game the other night, panthers vs hurricanes that went to shootout. was pretty exciting, even for preseason.

Professional hockey still exists? Who knew.
