Chargebacks! Epic cash. Anybody else got em'???
 

I suddenly see 4 chargebacks in a single day. Anybody else experience chargebacks with epic cash lately?

and I don't get nearly as many signups as most of you!

I sent 6 joins this week and got 4 chargebacks.

OMG

I am looking at my stats...

in over 300 signups, I have gotten 0 chargebacks... then suddenly, these 4 in a single day.

fucking strange.

Probably fraud

Most likely the same person did the fraud. So that is why there is so much in one day.

Maybe it was a batch thing.

That happened to me I think 2 months ago there. Strange because I don't send them much traffic anyways... Infact, I don't send them any anymore if I remember correctly and it was because I got 4 signups and 4 chargebacks in one month and decided its better not to promote them heavely...

guys that's how cb's work. first - they are batched by the major banks...so all of a sudden one day you can get a bunch to come through.

The second thing - is .. you can send 10 sales and get 2 chargebacks...it doesn't mean EpicCash is doing anything wrong... or that you're necessarily doing anything wrong... sometimes random shit just happens that way. You want to have a low rate - but you could send 1 sale...and might be unfortunate enough to have that one turn into a cb

That's either a batch or same guy charged back 4 months.

I would guess fraud .. because that don't sound right ...

we have been passing along the chargeback buck for several reasons.

1. we get fined by the bank, why shouldnt you?
2. our % goes up, why should you get rewarded and we get scolded.
3. we only post cb's that have actually been charged back by the bank by the consumer with no recourse.
4. cb's can take upto 3-4 months to show up. so fuck your 6 sales, doesnt mean those 4 sales cb'd. it means they just happend to come in when you had a huge week with epcicash of making 6 lousy sales.
5. we deduct what we paid out. we dont fine you, we dont reward you. we take away what we lost when the case was proven to be FRAUD.


I will not budge on this, I will not take any further action other than to tell you sorry, if you do not like it, there are 100's of programs that want you to send them traffic. Epic will survive without you.

Ahh.. didn't realize they are batched... Now it makes sense. When it happened to me I was a few months into your program so if I had a good month in January and then didn't do much in Feb or March, I can see how I'd be like, WOAH! Hold the show! And not realize it happened 2 months ago.
