No, I have a pittbul and it barks. its 4 months old.

Dickhead bangs on the wall at 9 am .. then he just came over (2pm) and tells me he things my dog is annoying.. eat shit.

if you live in a "normal house" , its very unlikely a neighbour would be disturbed by puppy barking
