I have been follwing the progression of The Million Dollar Homepage, I couldn't believe that his asshole has made over 200k selling pixels on his homepage. So I took it upon myself to create Million Quarter Webpage and see if I could round up any suckers to pay me $25 for my kids education. I couldn't begin to tell of the traffic we have recieved in 4 days. By far this is the craziest thing I have ever done, I was very skeptical at first but my advertisers are verifying me that they are reaping big rewards, and it shows in our ALEXA Ranking So I gotta ask "Wanna buy some pixels for my kids education?"

I think it's a novel idea but it's too simple to keep up momentum or value. The originators will make good money and cash out early. Others will build pages and come up empty as this gold rush dies.

where does the traffic come from? i dont see why any surfer would visit these kinds of sites? how do they find it? do they type in million quarter homepage in google? or million dollar, etc?
