    Anyone know what tax-lien certificates are?

    Anyone know how/where to invest in them? I want to learn more about tax-lien certificates, and get 16.00% annually

      If I recall they are property tax liens you buy from the county or city during the regularly scheaduled auctions.
      Then again I may be thinking of the wrong type of lien investment.
      I know they are as safe as hell since you have the property as collateral.
