which is easier, to retain a member or gain a new one?
 

Do you guys think it's easier to keep an existing member or to gain a new one? :2 cents:

gain one. You can spend a few hundred bucks on some great content to entice someone to join.
Spending thousands and thousands on enough good quality content to keep them around for a few months... that's not so easy.
